Non-Gated Golf Communities
A home next to a golf course can often provide a sense of open space and a pristine yard that is well manicured. It can also provide choice words and phrases echoing through the neighborhood early mornings and some errant projectiles falling into your yard, but we believe the positives outweigh the negatives.
Park City offers some areas and homes with golf course views or adjacent to golf courses that are not part of a gated community. You do not need to be part of the golf club and while adjacent to, your home in no way pays for or is associated with the course.
Around the Park City Municipal Golf Course there are homes in the Thaynes Canyon area as well as condominiums at All Seasons, Payday, Park Avenue, Three Kings and The Hotel Park City.
Jeremy Ranch offers many homes on or with a view of the course ands well as townhomes at Jeremy Point and The Links at Jeremy.
The Park Meadows Country Club is situated with many homes and a few home-sites lining its fairways plus the condominiums at the Racquet Club, Cove at Eagle Mountain, Fairway Village and Four Lakes Village.
Moving outside of Park City to Heber and Midway, there are homes and home sites as well as a few new townhome options adjacent to the Crater Springs Golf Course (formerly the Homestead) and a few options next to Soldier Hollow golf course at Wasatch State Park.
