Timber Lakes is a gated mountain community just seven miles or 12 minutes east of downtown Heber City. If you are looking for a mountain home with views of Mount Timpanogos, an aspen or spruce tree setting, a peaceful location on an alpine pond or towering pine trees you should take a close look at Timber Lakes. With over 1500 lots in the original development there is a perfect setting for almost anyone’s mountain retreat dream.

Originally developed in 1971 as a cabin community the area has continued to evolve to meet the demand of people that want to live there full time or have a mountain retreat with year-round access. There are over 30 miles of maintained gravel roads in Timber Lakes. On average to lots are approximately an acre.
